We are ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) registered and an RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Regulated organisation and are also registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Our Client Money Protection is provided by the RICS.

Five Offices

To ensure we provide the best coverage and service to Landlords and Tenants, our Lettings office, located at Museum Court, Grantham Street, is supported by a further two Lincolnshire offices, located on Silver Street, Lincoln and Queen Street, Market Rasen. We are open 7 days a week and have a 24 hour emergency maintenance line available 365 days a year.
