Our History

The firm was formed in April 2024, when two respected names in the region—Alasdair Morrison and Mundys—joined forces to offer a more comprehensive and connected property service. Simon Bentley, Senior Partner, originally acquired Mundys in 1996, overseeing its growth into a leading independent estate agency. Alasdair Morrison, a well-known figure in the Newark and Southwell property markets, now acts as Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience to the partnership. Together, we offer decades of expertise, local market knowledge, and a shared commitment to excellence.
