As a registered valuer with the RICS Alasdair is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in valuing, selling and letting a wide variety of property in Southwell, Newark and the surrounding villages.
MRICS, FNAEA
Founder Partner of Mundys. Chartered Surveyor with over 26 years’ of experience. Simon has extensive knowledge of the local property market and vast experience in residential property sales and lettings.
Born locally and educated in Southwell, with over 37 years of experience in estate agency. Joined Alasdair Morrison in 2016 as Business Development Manager and Valuer being
based at the Southwell Office.
MNAEA
Joined in 2014 at the Southwell office and gained my NAEA qualification / membership in 2018 and became Office Manager. I deal with the day to day running of the office and sale progression. I have worked in the property industry for 12 years.
With over 20 years experience in estate agency, working in both the Newark and Southwell offices. Local to the area with a sound knowledge of the local market.
MRICS
Steven qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. He has extensive commercial and professional property experience, having previously held a senior position with a national property company.
AssocRICS
Heads our Residential Sales and New Homes Departments. Completed a Diploma in Surveying Practice and is also a qualified RICS Associate Professional.
More than 19 years’ experience with Mundy’s and specialises in Residential Property Valuations.
Chris is based at our Silver Street, Lincoln office.
Will obtained his surveying degree at Nottingham
Trent University and later qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005. He has worked in the Lincolnshire property market since 1993.
Melissa started her estate agency career when she moved to Nottingham over 20 years ago.
Elizabeth joined the Southwell Office in August 2022. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them find their new home.
Having more than 26 years of experience in residential estate agency, all within the Newark
and Southwell areas.
Tammi joined in 2017 with 20 years’ experience in the industry and local property market having lived in Newark for 45 years.
Sarah joined Mundys in 2017 and has worked closely with the Partners on implementation of new marketing strategies/systems across all aspects of the business.
Jane commenced employment in June 2023 and loves showing people around the properties for sale and helping people find their prospective new home.
