After we have looked around your home/property, we will discuss the services we offer, confirm our thoughts on value and asking price, update you on the current property market conditions, answer any questions you have about moving, explain how our proactive marketing works and go through the costs of moving. We will confirm everything discussed by letter or email and will follow this up with a courtesy call a few days later to answer any further questions you may have.
Placing Your Property On The Market
To get things moving all you need to do is call or email us. Your Valuer will then come back out to your property, confirm asking price and take measurements, details and photographs.Once this has been completed we will endeavour to place your property on the market within 2-3 working days. Once you have approved the Sales Brochure and signed the Agency Agreement your property will be actively marketed and uploaded to both our own websites and national website, Rightmove.
