LOCATION The Suite is located within a gated complex and situated centrally within the Cathedral City of Lincoln. Lincoln Cathedral, Castle and Lincoln City centre are only a short walk away, with the property also providing easy access to Lincoln County Hospital and Lincoln University.
ACCOMMODATION The Suite provides well presented furnished accommodation briefly comprising: Open Plan Room with fitted Kitchenette, built-in storage and En-Suite Shower Room off.
OUTSIDE The Suite has access to the communal Gardens and Laundry Room. Parking is available within the local area. There are no parking facilities included with the Suite.
OCCUPANCY/TERM This Suite is available for Short Term occupancy and will not be subject to a Tenancy.
SUITE RATES The Suite is available to book on a weekly or monthly basis and rates will vary depending upon the length of occupancy. Rates are from £875 per month. A fixed utility charge is payable in addition to the suite rate. No Deposit is payable. Council tax charges are not applicable.
