All of our pumpkins are home grown from seed. There are three generations of the Maxey family involved from setting the seed to planting out and harvesting. Due to crop rotation we can’t always grow on the fields next to the shop so we grow our pumpkins in other fields and harvest them for you to pick from the farm shop field. We have thousands of Pumpkins to choose from including many varieties of squash. Collect one of the wheelbarrows provided and off you go!
The Spooky Woodland Walk – a friendly Halloween themed trail in the middle of our woodland! How many bats can you see?! Beware of the Wicked Witch and Vampire!
Take a ride on James’ Pumpkin Carriage! A Hallowe’en themed tractor ride through the fields of our farm. Watch out for any hidden Spooks along the way! (£2 per person)

The best of Hallowe’en, all in one place. Notts maze invites you to explore Tricker Treat Maize Farm. This isn’t your usual day out at a farm. There will be pumpkin carving, spooky stories around the fire and various craft options for you to partake in.
Fancy a challenge? There will be a spooky scavenger hunt and word-search to complete as you walk through the maze. All taking place within and around the 12-acre maize maze – there will even be spooky characters waiting to meet you along the way!
Book your tickets now as spaces are limited for the day. Suitable for all ages. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
For each pre-booked child ticket, we will offer a complimentary pumpkin. Please note there will be a maximum of two pumpkins per family ticket.

Our dog friendly night is back! Due to popular demand, we have brought out ‘Pups and Pumpkins’ back this Halloween! Bring your pooches along on Saturday 19th October for some Hallowe’en fun! There will be a free bag of doggy treats for every pooch that comes along, as well as a cute pumpkin Photo Booth got some pawesome doggy selfies!

Our Spook-tacular Halloween evenings are back! Friday 25th and Saturday 26th October!

Come and join us this Hallowe’en for an immersive experience at our Witch and Wizard school. Choose your Hallowe’en house, with our spooky teachers, make a magic wand and learn a spell! Join in the fancy dress competition and make some gooey slime, whilst meeting our farm creepy crawlies! Pay a visit down ‘Trick or Treat street’, and be careful not to get trapped by your imagination in the light up Monster box!

Straighten your hat, dust off your gown and bring out your bats to come and cast a Hallowe’en spell at Spooky Sundown. Every day between 12th October until 3rd November.
The theme throughout the park is a spooky, fun-filled, family-friendly Hallowe’en adventure. There’s nothing to scare the kids or extra nervous adults, it’s just simple spooky fun with witches, pumpkins and a few extra fun surprises along the way.
We’ve designed a brand new trail, especially for the event. The SCREAM TEAM are hidden around the park and once you find each Character you will be able to stamp your card (always ask a grown-up to help if needed!) there will also be a clue telling you which area of the park the next member of the scream team is hiding. Once you have collected all 5 stamps head to the Pumpkin Café, where you’ll be rewarded with your chocolatey treat as a prize.
