The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a global leading property professional body which aims to; regulate and promote the profession, maintain the highest educational and professional standards, protect clients and consumers through a strict code of ethics and provide impartial advice, analysis and guidance. Mundys does not only have RICS qualified staff, but has opted to be a RICS regulated firm providing clients and customers peace of mind.
The National Association of Estate Agents
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency. Its members practice across all aspects of property both in the UK and overseas, including residential and commercial sales and letting, property management, business transfer, auctioneering and land. The organisation was founded in 1962 with the goal of upholding good practice and high industry standards in UK estate agency.
The Association of Residential Letting Agents
The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) is the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents. It was formed in 1981 as the professional and regulatory board for letting agents in the UK, promoting standards and guidance for property professionals for the benefit of consumers.

The Property Ombudsman

TPO
Mundys is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), allowing the public to be confident about the agents approach in its dealings with actual and potential buyers and sellers of residential property or lettings in the UK. The Property Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales and letting agents who have joined the TPO and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers or landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is a member of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and follows the standards and rules of the Association. The Ombudsman is totally independent of agents and reports directly to the TPO Council which has a majority of non-industry members.
