Mundys Expands Into Nottinghamshire With Acquisition of Leading Estate Agency
Lincolnshire’s top-performing estate agency, Mundys, has announced its expansion into Nottinghamshire following the acquisition of the well-established estate agency, Alasdair Morrison & Partners, operating in Newark and Southwell.
With this strategic move, Mundys has added two more offices to its portfolio—bringing the total to five, including its existing branches in Lincoln and Market Rasen. The acquisition includes the residential sales division of Alasdair Morrison & Partners, while the lettings arm will continue under the name Alasdair Morrison Lettings. Founder Alasdair Morrison will remain involved in the business in a consultancy role.
Residential property sales will now operate from newly established offices on Middle Gate, Newark, and King Street, Southwell.
